Care Support Worker – part time

Due to expansion to our 34-bedroom home, we are looking for suitable candidates to support our care team in the home on bank contracts.
16 hours per week, extra hours regularly available.
Paying £12.05 per hour (21 years+)
This is with a 0-hour contract and attracts paid holiday at 5.6 weeks pro rata.
Consideration will be given to those who wish to have a full-time permanent contract when other rooms have been finalised.

The hours are between 09:00 hrs. and 14:00 hrs., with flexible shifts.
And early evenings, from 16:00 hrs. – 19:30 hrs.
This might suit someone who would like a part time job during school hours.
Night time shifts also available from 19:15 – 24:00 and 19:15 to 07:30 hrs.

You will contribute to the work of the nursing home team in the provision of person-centred care for our residents living with dementia, elderly & frail, acquired brain injury, bariatric and end of life.

In view of the nature of our nursing work, you will be required to obtain an enhanced DBS and supply contact details for 2 referees prior to commencing your position.

Following successful probationary period, you will be enrolled onto the company Health Plan and Life Cover.

QCF Health & Social Care Level 2 / NVQ Health & Social Care Level 2 is desirable but not required as full training will be given.
